Oxford Race For Life- 5k Fun Run & 1 Mile Fun Run Walk- The 2013 Relay for Life 5k and 1 mile Fun Run on May 11, 2013 was a great success.  All proceeds went to the American Cancer Society.  Official timing was timed by Run The East.  Runners and walkers of all ages, came out and enjoyed the Fun Run and Walk.  For results visit this page http://runtheeast.com/results.php  For pictures of the event, click here to view pictures from the event.

 

Easter Egg Hunt-  Oxford Parks and Recreation held our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Thursday, March 21st at the Oxford Recreational Complex Field at 10am.   Children, 5 years old and under came out and met the Easter Bunny and saw a few snow flakes too!!!  Thousands of eggs covered the Hix Field and prizes were awarded to those finding special eggs.  Click here to view pictures from the event.

 

 

 

City of Oxford Yard of the Month-  Oxford is a beautiful community! All residents are invited to participate in the Yard of the Month program. The City of Oxford’s “Yard of the Month” program is designed to foster this reputation, encourage beautification, and to recognize residents who take great pride in managing their yards.
